What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and online channels
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments accurately
  • Help maintain a full and efficient schedule by managing appointment availability
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed
  • Enter and update customer information with high attention to detail
