A Plumbing Installer at Hero is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems while displaying amazing craftmanship. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy the challenge and satisfaction from providing customers the solutions they need. They are also great at problem-solving, taking initiative, and teamwork.

Schedule

  • 7:00am-4:00pm (Last dispatch by 4:00pm), Monday through Friday

 

Essential Job Duties

  • Complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water, gas and drain systems while maintaining world-class craftsmanship
  • Complete city inspections for permitted jobs as needed
  • Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for completed and incomplete jobs
  • Process and complete all necessary documentation after completion of work
  • Maintain company provided vehicle and inventory of parts, fixtures, tools and shop equipment

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
  • Hold and maintain a Minnesota Journeyman license and Minneapolis & St. Paul city competency cards
  • Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, crawl, bend, stoop, climb, work in small spaces
  • Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Participate actively in all trainings, meetings, and company events
  • Ontime and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
