Customer Service Representative (CSR)   Job Summary:  At Hero, we’re more than a service provider; we’re a partner in ensuring comfort, safety, and community well-being for the Twin Cities. Our Customer Service Representatives support this mission by providing an exceptional customer focused experience across calls, texts and emails. As a CSR you’ll work closely with our Dispatch team to ensure our service experts are running at capacity and to provide our customers with a seamless experience from their initial call all the way through their service appointment and beyond.
